Computer troubleshooting using AI

I recently changed from ISP to a fiber connection, where I now have a 1 GB connection. When the connection was installed I wanted to find out if I really could hit that 1 GB upper limit when downloading or uploading from the internet. So I used a site like speedtest.com to verify this. The first test was on a recently bought computer. There I only got around 500 Mbps. Since it was a computer I recently bought, I thought some settings or drivers could cause this problem.
